The trip was amazing the only thing about it is the door on the left side is a little damaged it was already damaged when we picked it up but other than that nice car clean inside Drive good

The car was dirty, I had to clean and vacuum it myself just to use it for my event. The door was damaged and poorly repaired, and the cap handle was missing. None of this was noted until I arrived for pickup. There was no heads-up or any kind of warning.
When I brought it up, I was told, “It’s just a rental vehicle.” I’m sorry, but even Enterprise has better cars than this. It’s clear they’re not focused on the customer experience the way Turo is.
The location is convenient, but keep in mind that the gates close, so if you’re planning to drop off the car after hours or at a different time than your pickup, that could be an issue. The host mentioned they would only offer that flexibility if we left a 5-star review, as they told me over the phone.
I hate to say this, but it was a really bad—and honestly, very embarrassing, experience.

I appreciate the review but a lot of statements are false you pointed out the smallest of dings on the vehicle I have all the documented photos the vehicle was not dirty this is a retaliatory review you requested I meet you a day before your trip end you left a vehicle at our location with out any heads up or permission, secondly I was willing to meet you I sat at the dealership for an hour waiting for you and you kept pushing back your time till after midnight when your drop off wasn’t for 24hr
