Car had maintenance problems from the time I drove off I contacted the host he said he would call on star about it, which he never did the following day a service transmission message comes up and the host asked me to take to the Cadillac dealership so they could fix it never informed me that they were going to keep the vehicle while I was on vacation ended up getting stuck and losing out on 590 bucks.
D’Amonie you rented the vehicle for 5 days and had a 750 mile limit. You proceeded to drive to Miami without letting me know anything! You were at 950 miles by day 2! Part of the maintenance issue was due to over use of the vehicle.

The vehicle was amazing. Renting it to chauffeur my son and his friends to prom and any other locations safely. I picked for the rental to be dropped off at my residence. That transaction was very smooth. The host was amazing. Very nice and helpful towards any questions I have about the rental.
