Vehicle is fine, it's older but great value. Host communicates quickly. I got to the vehicle 20 mins early, waited 22 mins in 97 degree heat (2 mins after my start time) to get access code. That was a negative. I'm sweating now thinking about that

Customer service was good. They made sure I was given clear instructions on how to find the vehicle.
However, after the owner of the original car that I wanted to rent cancelled less than 3 hours before I was scheduled to pick it up, I had to choose another vehicle. So I ended up with the Escalade because I needed the room and wanted something nice to drive. But I believe I way overpaid for what I was getting.
It’s an almost 10 year old vehicle. The Escalade wasn’t in bad condition but had almost 130k miles on it which worried me a bit since I was taking a long drive with it. Thankfully it didn’t give me any troubles. Don’t think I would’ve chose it if I knew that.
The leather on the arm rest for both driver and passenger seat were warped. Looked like wrinkled skin. The Apple car play was dated like it needed an update.
Rear view and back up camera were very blurry. Can barely see what’s behind you, that should definitely be upgraded.
