The vehicle was beautiful and clean, host was very informative and communicated well. The family really enjoyed the truck. We didn’t like the fact that we had to pay to pick up the vehicle and paid again when dropping the vehicle off. If someone is following you when bringing the vehicle back that means they have to go through the airport gate as well because the pick up and drop off location is in the airport parking lot. As we have already paid a substantial amount to rent the vehicle this was an inconvenience to the family. Everything else was great!

Charlotte Douglas Airport offers a 15-minute grace period for all long-term and standard parking lots (except valet), where exiting is completely free. We are sorry for any confusion regarding this.
