Excellent vehicle and great host!

Car is absolutely beautiful. Pick up was smooth. Host was communicative accommodating and just lovely all around. This is my second time using the app and this trip was absolutely amazing. I would recommend this host to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Unfortunately the car wasn't cleaned prior to me picking it up. There was dirt, food, and trash in the car. Along with jewelry???? John didn't pick up my first two calls and 1 text to get the car unlocked. Not a great experience after traveling the day with an infant and standing outside in the heat waiting to hear back. I also had to pay $14 to get the car out of the parking lot, but I was only reimbursed $10.50
Idk why he left such a mean review he was waiting outside for 3min…. I was at a graduation walking across the stage doing the best I could. I didn’t see any dirt tbh I cleaned the car
