Pretty good car, great host! Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is there is a tobacco smell in the car. Otherwise, great experience.

Book at your own risk I booked this car for two days planned out my whole weekend got in the car. It smelled like weed and cigarettes. turned on the AC and the AC was not working. I contacted the hosts about it. We even tried to figure it out. Nothing worked. I drove around the corner in the same vicinity with this car trying to see if the AC will kick up is still didn’t kick up and I was suffocating mind u it’s 80 degrees out . It was hot in there. Host told me he was gonna refund then after I dropped it off. He told me to reach out to Turo which didn’t help either
So after 40 minutes of having the car and being in a jam like that car has leather seats on a real hot day with no AC I can’t be accommodated.

Thank you for your feedback. The brakes on the vehicle are brand new. When the hardware is settling or the brakes get damp they will sometimes make a squeaking noise. We appreciate your business again and we didn't charge you a fee for leaving the sunroof open and rain getting inside the vehicle. Have a great day and we hope to see you again on our platform.
