Your 1-star review is completely misleading. Every complaint stems from policies you knowingly accepted before booking. The pickup location, mileage limit, and lack of airport delivery were all clearly outlined on the booking page before you reserved the vehicle. The mileage overage was billed exactly as agreed. You couldn’t identify a single issue with the vehicle, its cleanliness, reliability, or my communication because there weren’t any.
