Car was delivered to the requested address, very smooth drop off, just needed to take pictures! There was some cosmetic damage but didn't affect vehicle operation at all. I took pictures upon check in and submitted them to ensure documentation. The host was great with communication and dropping off at IAD instead of initial same location. Great first experience with Turo and this host!

The car is ok to use.
But left rear(Rear of Driver) tire seems to be needle puncture.
I added air a week ago but 2 psi is lower than first time.
Please check it up.

Everything about this rental was perfect. I loved the car. I loved driving it. The staff was also incredible and helped me so much. I will absolutely be renting again

Great customer 10/10
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had renting a car! I wasted a whole day with a faulty car. R turn signal not working ⚠️ light stayed on as well as check engine light. Host lied about doing a vehicle swap. Very deceitful!
