Hi Rachel, I’m sorry the pickup experience didn’t meet your expectations. The vehicle was parked in the airport’s official Turo Peer-to-Peer parking area, the only designated pickup location for Turo hosts. Detailed instructions were sent in advance, and I also provided assistance by phone and messages. Unfortunately, the vehicle was never picked up despite the information and support provided. I always do my best to assist every guest. Communication and guest support are a priority for me us!!
