Everything was wonderful.. first time using the Turo app and Shaffer was very helpful. Car drives great and very clean. Will use again... Highly recommend to go with Shaffer..

Ride worked out well. The Turo interface is good and communication with the vehicle owner is easy. The owner of this car I drove was very responsive. I have an android phone and I couldn't get the android auto in the car to work, even with the proper cord attached, which was a huge bummer since I needed to use the GPS on my phone a lot. The phone Bluetooth connected fine, but just couldn't get Google maps to display. I chat GPT'd instructions and YouTube'd it, but had no success. The system map was terrible because I couldn't get that to work either. So, only one negative there.
