The vehicle was amazingly clean and very well maintained. It’s brand new (practically)!
The owners responsiveness to messages (I had noticed the oil might need changed based on the amount of miles I knew I would be traveling, and let them know), was beyond my expectations for efficiency! They were absolutely wonderful and respectful to communicate with! We had a tiny issue with a light that came on, on the dash board, but with the owners IMMEDIATE help and ASSISTANCE, we were able to trouble shoot per a professional mechanic, not only to ensure the safety of my trip with children (as it was BOTH the mine and the owners top priority), but to of course ensure the safety of the vehicle, which was just a minor sensor.
One of the reasons I chose this vehicle is because I’m thinking of purchasing one myself, so having it for three weeks, on a road trip, all the way to Ohio, from Florida, I have never felt safer in a vehicle! It handled all of the terrain well, and went beyond my expectations.
