These people are great! I can’t say this loud enough, “CUSTOMER SERVICE”!!
These guys nailed it. I had a small issue with a vehicle in the middle of my trip. (Vehicles have issues people. This is normal for any rental.)
They had me in the same size vehicle right away (Expedition). I also had to extend my trip and they gave me a great deal just for the simple vehicle issue!
I will use them any time I get on Turo.
