Car was great. Lashonna was even better. I am a rookie Turo driver and she was very helpful in walking me thru the process. Answer the phone every time I called her. And credited the parking lot fee at the airport which I have had other Turo car owners not do. Highly recommend using this gal. Very professional.

Car quality was very good, there was a small hiccup (keys were not inside the car) however host responded promptly and provided the keys within 5-10 minutes
My apologies on this major inconvenience. Porter accidentally took the fob with him. After learning guest didn’t have the fob, porter immediately took the fob back to the lot.
