The car ran great and with the price of gas now, it was the perfect car. I got into town 2 hours early and the host accommodated me by letting me get the car early

The car’s headlights are weak (I had to drive on high beam the entire time I had this car), the windshield wipers are some cheap plastic that don’t actually clear water very well so you have low visibility in the rain, and, most importantly, the AC doesn’t work if the car is traveling on speeds over 50mph. Essam was initially helpful and came to fix some issues but when the issues became too much to deal with during a heat wave and I asked for a car replacement, he completely disappeared (after wasting half a day of my vacation promising to come by). I ended up renting another vehicle for the last half of my trip. I’d highly NOT recommend renting this car or working with Essam.

This trip was for 16 days and more than 2000 miles ended on time with a very demanding woman she started to ask for extras and favours even before the trip stats and not limited to that
She said a refund or bad review and since I don’t like to get my arm twisted I got this review
She said she rented another car because she couldn’t use mine for 5 days while the GPS records shows a daily use on every day
Car is in a very good working condition and has a lot of trips before and after her trip
Car drove well easy pick up n drop off no complaints will rent from them again when I’m in the area

Great experience overall! The car was perfect for my 10-day road trip and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Essam was very responsive whenever I had questions, which made things really easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend and rent again!
