Antonio and Alissa were absolutely outstanding hosts. The 2025 Subaru Crosstrek was immaculate—spotlessly clean, clearly very well maintained, and a pleasure to drive. It’s a sharp-looking, sporty SUV that turned out to be the perfect vehicle for our six-day fly-fishing trip around West Yellowstone. It handled everything we threw at it comfortably. What really set this rental apart, though, was the service. When we returned to Bozeman Airport, the Turo lot was completely full. With our flight less than an hour away, I started to panic about what to do. Just then, I spotted Antonio and Alissa walking over and waving me toward a place to park. They had realized the lot was full and had actually come over to help guests return their vehicles. That kind of thoughtfulness and initiative is incredibly rare. They completely took the stress out of the situation and turned what could have been a frustrating end to our trip into a memorable one. They volunteered to handle the check-out process and let me grab my bags and race off. I was so grateful I gave them both a hug before heading to the terminal. Five stars isn’t enough. Fantastic hosts, a fantastic vehicle, and an experience that couldn’t have been better. I’ll go out of my way to rent from Antonio and Alissa again the next time I’m in Montana.

Car is just as described. Pick up was super easy and the whole experience was well an organized business with great communication, lots of check ins to ask how the trip is going and is there’s anything we needed. The location is stunning, and this rental allowed our family to enjoy nature in a safe well maintained vehicle that was delivered to the airport and was gracious when the gas station we went to to fill up before leaving didn’t have a car wash.
