My experience with this trip was disappointing. Communication from the host was poor throughout the process. At pickup, the host was significantly delayed and repeatedly stated they had arrived when they had not, which caused confusion and unnecessary stress—especially since I was traveling with children.
Additionally, the vehicle was not fully charged as indicated in the listing, requiring me to spend extra time and effort charging it, which added to both inconvenience and cost.
At drop-off, the interaction felt impersonal, as the first question was about potential damages rather than checking in on my overall experience.
Overall, the communication and service did not meet expectations, and I hope improvements are made for future guests.
