Host dropped the car off at the short term parking lot 10 hours prior to our arrival. This resulted in over $20 in hourly fees that I had to pay to get the car out of the lot. The host recognized they knew this was a lot that you paid per hour, but offered no remedy or reimbursement for their mistake. Incredibly bad customer service.

At PIE, Turo hosts are required to use Short Term Parking, and as noted in our listing and pickup instructions, airport parking fees are the guest’s responsibility. We were also happy to accommodate your request to return the vehicle to a different airport at no additional cost.
