The host was awesome. The pick up was hassle free! I just wish I would have known the car was wrecked and had damage in more than one area. When my mother and I pulled up at the phd graduation we would have rather been in a car that was not wrecked. I rented a turo because my car was I the shop.

Chris was very nice and helpful. I would just say it would be helpful to have wiper fluid full and clean the car windows on pickup. Otherwise it was an easy process.
