This rental was honestly great from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, smooth riding, great on gas, and the AC blows ICE cold, lovedddd that. The car drove extremely well and felt reliable the entire trip.
What impressed me most was the turnaround time. I booked this car super last minute and it was ready incredibly fast. Pickup was easy because the vehicle was parked front and center in the driveway, and I had zero issues accessing the lockbox or getting into the car. Everything was simple and stress free. I also ended up extending my reservation last minute and that process went smoothly too, which I appreciated more than the host probably realizes.
One thing I actually loved was that the car didn’t have an overpowering air freshener drowning the interior. You can tell the vehicle is genuinely well maintained and clean instead of trying to mask odors like some rentals unfortunately do. It smelled neutral and fresh naturally, which made the ride so much more comfortable.
At checkout I was personally greeted by the host. He honestly startled me at first because I wasn’t expecting anyone to come around the corner 😂 but he was extremely polite and friendly. We had a quick conversation about the car before I left and the interaction was very pleasant.
Overall this was an excellent experience and one of the smoother Turo rentals I’ve had. Would absolutely rent from them again!
