If not, choose the extras option where we charge it for you** You will receive washed and vacuumed vehicle at the beginning of the trip, please return it the way it was. Any stains will result deep cleaning fee. If you don't have time to refill or wash it, there will be an additional charge for car wash/missing gas.. The vehicle will be photographed before/after each trip. Any noticeable scrapes or dents will incur repair fee. No smoking/marijuana/ fragrance/air freshners, any lingering smell will be reported to Turo and charged up to $250 All trips can start only at booked "trip start time" or later and end on or before booked "trip end time". If you want to get vehicle earlier than it booked, or you need it for a longer time, please go to your trip details and push "modify trip button" to request a change. The range of the car was disappointing, had to make several unplanned stops. Managed to do half of the range that was predicted by the car. Car was technically not in a flawless state, some rattles, bad wipers and alignment issues. Overall too overpriced in my opinion for what you are getting. Pickup and delivery was easy.

This was the best car rental experience I’ve ever had. I use a lot of premium rental car services for work, including all the major chains, and this tops all of them.
The car was immaculately clean (Tesla model X). The owner was super professional and responsive, and he even dropped off / picked up car at my house. Couldn’t be more convenient than that! I’m definitely getting this car again.
The car is the perfect size for families. I had two car seats in the back (4-yr old and 1-yr old). The kids loved the car! It drives really comfortably too.
In general, this service is a no brainer! I wish I knew about it earlier. I live in the South End of Boston, and if I knew about this service, I probably wouldn’t own a car. I’d just rent every weekend and not have to worry about parking during the week. It’s really easy and seamless! I feel like I sound like a commercial, but I’m just so impressed with the experience. Two thumbs up!

The car was great. Service and convinience was amazing. The only thing that troubled us about the car was its battery which was draining out very fast. So we had to make multiple charging stops in a day where we traveled roughty 130 miles..
