The communication with the host was good, only some minor details that annoyed us like the vehicle sticker was overdue, a quarter into our trip the vehicle start to ask for service and the front brakes, the disk must be bent or something because every time you drive on the highway, and you step on the brakes, the steering wheel and the whole brake system shakes. Besides this issues I want to say that the experience was good.
