The car was great, but the pick up and drop off location is too far away from the Boston Logan airport

It is unfortunate that Jennifer left us a 1 star review for "convenience". She was well aware that we do not offer delivery to the airport and we specifically note that in our pickup and drop off instructions. Jennifer also had every opportunity to cancel her reservation with us well within the grace period to give her a full refund and order another car that offers airport delivery. As stated in our pickup and drop instructions, our car is a 15/25 minute Uber/Lyft ride from the airport.

I was just in town for 1 day. But the car was great. Fully functioning - no issues. Seat warmers work - loved the Bluetooth feature. Didn’t cost a lot to fill it up.
