Kareem was extremely communicative. My family and I took a long distance trip on a short notice. He responded quickly pick up and drop off was smooth. The vehicle was very spacious and good on gas. We had a minor problem with an flat tire on the way home, but Kareem assisted me with everything that I needed to do and how to handle it. I was extremely grateful to get me and my family back on the road to get back home on time.

The car pickup location was fine, but unfortunately, the overall condition of the vehicle was very disappointing.
When we picked up the car, the inside was extremely dirty. I had to clean and wipe down the interior before my kids could safely and comfortably get inside.
The tires were also in terrible condition. During the trip, it started raining, and the car was very difficult to keep on the road. It was swerving and felt unsafe, which was extremely concerning, especially with my children in the car.
Throughout the trip, multiple malfunctions and warning messages kept appearing. To make matters worse, in the middle of our trip, the gear shifter stopped working, and I could no longer put the car into reverse. Luckily, my fiancé is a mechanic and was able to figure out a way to get the vehicle working so that we could make it home safely.
Overall, while the pickup location itself was fine, the condition and reliability of the vehicle were unacceptable. I believe the car should have been properly cleaned, inspected, and maintained before being rented out, particularly when safety issues involving the tires and gear shifter were present.
