First car I received was a Hyundai Sonata and the air went out mid travel… and I had to wait around 5 hours for another vehicle was caused a huge inconvenience… however I did bring the vehicle back a little late due to my trip being delayed … but of course would probably still be charged extra even with the adversity my child and I endured .

The team was very professional at all times. The key fob had to be replaced and it was done within several hours,on a holiday, the day I acquired the vehicle. Definitely would recommend. 10/10
