Pros - The car ran great! Smooth like a brand new car. It handled the curves on the Going to the Sun Road just fine! No mechanical issues. It was clean. A bit of a walk to get to the car at the airport but easy to find.
Cons - DO NOT get this car if you have 6 adults with luggage. There is not enough room and getting into the back seat is extremely difficult, especially for a group of 50+ year olds. There is literally about a foot of space between the backseat and the hatch. Not enough room to put anything bigger than 2-3 carryon size bags. Getting key back into lockbox is a TIGHT fit. It took us 10 minutes trying to get it back in and then still had a 10 min. walk to the airport. Just be sure to leave yourself plenty of time before your flight to return the car.
I would rent this car again, but only if I was traveling with 4 people or less - OR - 4 adults and 2-3 kids with no luggage.
I'm sorry to hear the car didn't meet your needs fully. It seems like you needed something a bit more spacious, like a suburban, to comfortably fit both passengers and luggage. And The 7-seat capacity is great in theory, but when you factor in a lot of bags or larger items, that can definitely become a tight squeeze. The listing is accurate as described.
I can see why the overflow lot might feel like an inconvenience, but it does help keep pricing lower and most guests don't mind the stretch!

Everything went smoothly, sun roof needs fixing
Unfortunately the sun roof can't be fixed. This was stated on my listing that the glass sunroof does not open. It can only be completely replaced which is very costly.
