The car had some issues. Wear and tear was fine totally normal. Firstly the backup camera doesn’t work. The back hatch was not latching properly. The car was unsafe for my family to be in because of this. We have a small child so this was definitely of concern. Such a hassle especially when we have business meetings in the morning we need transportation for. I understand unforeseen circumstances can occur but overall it’s been a nightmare. The host was pleasant but hard to get ahold of at first. I hope that others can have a different experience.
