The car is awesome and very comfortable! It charges super quickly at CCS chargers with the included adapter and has great range and acceleration. The car was delivered to me in a spotless condition and the host was very accommodating with our early return request! I would definitely rent again.

At was great once we got the charging thing figured out. Tried many charging stations until we figured out, on our own, that we needed an app to charge it. Very frustrating when you’re running out of charge and you’re not receiving the help you need when you need it most. Overall 4 out of 5 stars

During Thomas’ trip, I did my best to assist him as quickly as possible. Since part of his travels were in Canada, some charging networks require their own apps or have different activation methods, which can vary by station and are unfortunately outside of my control. I’m always available to help my guests, and I appreciate his patience as we worked through it. We both found out that he can use the Tesla app to charge the Hyundai Ioniq 5 in Canada at a Tesla Supercharger station.
Great car and the host were nice and helpful. Car ran well and smoothly.
