Everything about this trip was very easy! Very convenient location and pick up/drop off instructions. Clean car. Smooth ride.

Breaks were bad and the check engine light came on when coming back from airport and being stuck in grapevine from the fires. Also the mileage to gas is VERY WRONG! It said we had 75 miles til empty but literally was on E. It was so frightening to experience. Luckily we were able to turn around and go back the other direction to get gas. My two small children were so scared we would be stranded in the night. I would definitely have that looked at. It’s totally misleading to the drivers.

May god help me, the reason why check engine light was on is because during this trip fuel cap was probably forgotten at a gas station and evaporation system detected missing fuel cap, and about the way estimated fuel system is determined no comment maybe we have to question the engineers that made the vehicle to give us an answer.
As always, I love renting from Diana. Cars are always in good condition and smooth to drive, customer service excellent.
