This vehicle malfunctioned on me , trapping myself and my kids in the car until 3am , I am getting fired from my job because I was unable to make it to work on time.
Very unfortunate when vehicles brake down this happened 6 days into a 10 day or so trip, something that it’s out of control, turo provided roadside assistance and a replacement vehicle, I know it’s very frustrating but turo went over and above to help guest. I guided guest every step of the way to make this issue as smooth as possible.

The whole experience was amazing for it being my first time, I recommend it especially here with Diana in Bakersfield. She was a life saver
