The car was everything we needed. It was great. Communication with StepUp was very good. Only complaint was the Turo app. The user interface needs improvement. #1 “pick up and return” has no prompts for Return
Second any text messages received immediately scroll to the bottom of conversation. This makes it difficult when texting a reply with incoming messages
