What a great little car pick up and drop off with smooth and easy. I do suggest if you've never driven of old volkswagen, before take a little time to get used to controls before hitting the street. Great host, great communication. Five stars all the way across.I'm gonna rent this one again.

Amazing host !! Vehicle was parked and ready to go. 10 out of 10 service !!

The car was in perfect condition - we are giving a 4 star because you have to pick the car up in economy
which requires a bus etc vs just being able to walk to the garage - getting he car takes at least 30 min each way

Unfortunately, this review was left in retaliation, as the guest wanted us to cover the cost of gas for her trip. It doesn’t take 30 min
The guest claimed that she only drove 100 miles and didn’t need to gas the vehicle because of such a low distance and I should just do it for her for free. Unfortunately, the guest also returned the vehicle late and in improper location despite clear instructions shared ahead of time
We do our best to help everyone but Ashlyn’s requests were unreasonable
