Communication and cleanliness were great, but be warned the car is pretty base - not a lot of features on it beyond the base features.

The Tiguan is loaded with features: semi-autonomous cruise control with steering assist & distance control, blind spot assist, dual-zone automatic climate, front & rear parking sensors, HD backup camera, and a 12.9" infotainment screen with wireless CarPlay & Android Auto — all listed in the description and shown in photos.

Amazing host and a great experience overall. The car was clean, ran perfectly, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Super friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely rent again!

This car was perfect for us! We were in Austin for 5 days with our 8 month old to visit family. Picking up the car was easy using the hosts directions. We were able to easily strap our travel stroller in with no issues, and it was so spacious for all the luggage in the back. The host also responded very quickly with any questions or concerns we had. Will definitely use again!
