Airport Pick up was a disaster, host was not accommodating, car had an unclean odour.
Jonathan, this review is not accurate. Clear airport pickup instructions were provided, and the issues you experienced came from not following them.
The vehicle was cleaned and inspected before your trip no odor was present.
Also worth noting, this aligns with the 1-star feedback already on your profile from other hosts. When instructions are followed, there are no problems.
