My trip was fine but I was hoping for more. I had to wait 10 minutes in the rain and cold upon arriving to receive the car. The car has been heavily smoked in. It was clean but the smoke stench is heavy. I rented this car for a weekend trip and it made all of luggage and clothing smell of cigarette smoke. The kicker was that I received the car with just over half a battery charge, which heavily delayed my arrival to my destination since I had to keep stopping to charge.
I want to clarify the facts here your trip was scheduled to start at 10:00 am but you arrive around 11:45 am so any wait at pick up was not due to the car being unavailable at the scheduled start time also the car has never been smoked in and has only had four prior trips the vehicle was provided clean and I do not agree with the claim that it was heavily smoked in as for the battery level the vehicle was provided with over half a charge may have affected your driving but that does not change

Nice little car. It takes some time to charge. Need to allow for at least an hour.
