Vehicle made loud noises and felt unsafe at the end of the trip.

Improper return
It was a great rental experience. The car has some engine noise, but he kindly explained the engine issue to me before the reservation. Thank you!

Joseph was upfront from the start about potential issues with the car and took full responsibility when a problem did arise. He went above and beyond to ensure the vehicle was safely returned and that my refund was processed promptly. Even though there was a problem with the vehicle, his excellent communication and integrity made all the difference. I would gladly rent from him again.
