This was my first experience with Turo. Jason made it very easy, straightforward, with lots of information. Car was in excellent condition and I had no issues whatsoever! It gave us a comfortable and smooth ride. I would definitely recommend and will rent again.

The car had an issue with a rattle in the left front whee well. The interaction with Jason, the owner, was excellent.
The sound the person is talking about was just the lockbox making a sound when left in the plastic wall compartment in the trunk which is located on the drivers side - in the trunk.
Client thought sound is from the wheel but it is actually just coming from the lockbox moving and touching the walls of the compartment.
All you have to do is place the lockbox somewhere else.
