Great car, super clean. Owner provided clear directions for pick up and drop off at the airport. Highly recommend!

The car was missing a wiper blade on the drivers side, and the overall condition of it was meh. I could see the headliner looked as though the vehicle had been in an accident, omega clips damaged on both A-pillars, headliner crumpled in several places, which made my mildly concerned if the airbags would deploy in an accident. The vehicle was clean though, which is nice.
Communication was awful. We spent 2 hours walking through the airport because of terrible pick-up instructions, and to top it off, the host completely ignored me when I was asking questions about what shuttle to take, but sure did take the time to send automated messages!! Drop-off was far easier, however it still took 30 minutes.
I'm sorry you had a bad experience. You did fly in hours late when everyone was in bed. The instructions are praised by hundreds of guests on our reviews.
This car has never been in an accident, however had a sunroof panel replaced and the shop didn't put the liner in without bending it.
Our communication is great and seen in all of our cars reviews, and can't please everyone the same unfortunately.

Car was great and pick up was easy.
The host was very responsive and helpful.
prior to drop off, I did fully fill up the car. But somehow still managed to get charged a refueling fee for $8 worth of gas…. Coming out to $20 total after some other additional fees. Now I understand a quarter tank or a half a tank but for a gallon or two it’s a bit ridiculous as the gauge was still showing a full tank.
