The car was great! The host sent informative messages at appropriate times..
5star win— the host included the address for the three nearest gas stations to the return spot. That was super helpful and I wish more hosts would do that.
The only thing I want future renters to know is to be aware the location of the car for pickup. It is located at Parking Spot South which is about a fifteen minute shuttle ride from the airport. It is easy to hop on the shuttle outside baggage claim. When you return the vehicle, plan for extra time to make it to your gate on time!
Something I would suggest for the host to change: add a lock box with code for key pickup/return because the cell service at pickup location is not reliable to be able to use the unlock link.

The car itself was really great, we enjoyed driving it! We did encounter a few hiccups, mostly with the pickup and dropoff. This may be a Turo thing, but the app used to indicate where the car would be parked/exact pickup location in the listing. This car was parked offsite at The Parking Spot south which had I known, I likely would not have booked. This lot is ~15 minutes from the actual airport (our shuttle driver was sloooow so it was more like 20). Since we were traveling with 2 kids, 2 adults, 4 suitcases and Skis and snowboard, I hopped the shuttle by myself to get the car, not knowing how far away it was (my fault, should have looked). Once in the parking lot, the shuttle drops you off at a shuttle stop, it does not drop you directly in front of the car. The link that was sent to find the car was not working (I had minimal cell service here) - the map nor the horn honking worked..I walked around too long looking before I finally messaged to get the exact spot of the car. And even standing in front of it, the horn honking feature through the link did not work. I'm not even sure how the car was unlocked lol. When I got in the car, the tank was not full, and it was another 15 minute ride back to the airport. Overall, the pick up process added a little over an hour to our trip. Again, the car was great, communication from Zach was also great - Next time I will do more research on lot location and hopefully it will be reflected in the listing as well. NOTE: My cousin booked through Turo for this same trip and her car was parked on Airport property in the West lot!
