Host was excellent, provided clear directions on pick up/drop off - very easy to work with! The front passenger quarter panel, however, was damaged at pickup as can be seen in the initial pick up photos. The damage frequently causes the quarter panel to pop out and the wheel well will make contact with the tire -‘it happened within minutes of driving, no matter how many times I pushed it back together - major life safety issue that caused severe car shaking when braking down steep grade. Host certainly has to have been aware of this issue pre-trip - impossible to drive the vehicle without it happening.
