As soon as I turned the car on, the low air pressure indicator went on. Waited two hours for roadside assistance to fill tire. Indicator went off again during trip but checked pressure and it was fine. Bad tire pressure sensor.

Thank you for the feedback. We’re sorry the tire pressure warning caused concern and resulted in a roadside assistance delay. After the trip, the issue was traced to a faulty TPMS sensor rather than an actual tire pressure problem. The sensor has since been replaced. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
Very disappointed that the driver back tire was low and needed to be aired up multiple times on our trip. We contacted host for compensation and were denied. It appears this was already a known issue from a July 11 review.

Catherine, we’re sorry the tire issue caused inconvenience. Once you reported the low pressure, we responded with safety guidance and advised using Turo Roadside Assistance if the pressure continued dropping. We also confirmed the tire would be inspected after return. Your request to offset fuel or receive reimbursement was not approved. We understand your frustration and appreciate you reporting the issue.
Tire issue. Rear driver side tire was leaking air and tire shop will not fix it due to tires are “legally bald” (less than 2/32” depth). Car is unsafe to drive. Constantly stopping at a gas station to put air costing $3 every stop. I didn’t want to use the carl with the family with tire issue.
