Awesome car. The spot parking lot didn’t have great cell service, but that’s no reflection of owner. Would rent again.

The car was great. Host was helpful and communicated well except that this is NOT located at DIA. It is located off property at the Parking Spot despite my confirming and selecting DIA.

We do want to clarify that the pickup location is disclosed and confirmed prior to booking completion. The vehicle is picked up through The Parking Spot near DIA, not directly at the terminal. We understand airport logistics can sometimes be confusing and appreciate the feedback as we continue improving the experience for future guests.
