Once you reported the check engine light and that you no longer felt safe driving, we agreed the vehicle should not be driven and provided the tow destination while Turo coordinated roadside assistance and replacement options. The car was disgusting with stains on the seats, dust and crumbs on the front console , had do power when driving. Outside of car was dirty. I sent a message right away to the host and he just read the message. I would never rent from them again. If I could give no stars I would.
