Easy pick up and drop off. Exterior has pretty bad hail damages, but still runs great. Will use again!

Car was great. Ran smooth. Nice and easy to drive. Communication was quick and easy. Easy to pick up and drop off. Only downside was we were picking up the car in bad weather and didn’t have reception at the parking lot. We were required to take a selfie with the car before getting access to the key. We were standing out in the freezing cold with our children and getting wet and unable to access the car until this was done. It would have been nice to have the code ahead of time so that we could get the kids inside and warm before taking the pics. The building has WiFi, so once we went inside, we were able to upload required pics to get the code. So keeps this in mind if you encounter the same weather conditions. Don’t waste time standing outside trying to get the app to work. Just go inside and use the WiFi!
