The vehicle had great control up in the mountains and tons of room for our skis with the backseats down.
Can't say enough good things about Shane and his communication and helpfulness. Our flights got cancelled so we needed to return the day before. He was so friendly and incredibly helpful.

Pickup and drop off were awesome. Shane sent a video so we knew exactly where to go when we left the airport. Had no issues with the vehicle at all. Would recommend and use again!

This was our first time to use Turo and our host Shane could not have done a better job helping us with all our needs. Prior to arrival he answered all my questions very quickly if not immediately and was more helpful than when i tried to use the actual Turo help in the app. He sent me videos of what to expect when picking up the car well in advance and included a video he made of walking through the airport from the baggage claim to the parking lot!! Amazing!!! The day we flew in we actually had a tire blow out. I got off the freeway as quickly as possible and parked in the nearest parking lot and looked at what to do in the Turo app. Free roadside assistance was provided but i sent a message to Shane asking what we should do. This was on Christmas Day around 6:30pm, most people are probably eating Christmas dinner and enjoying their family BUT Shane messaged me back immediately that he would call me. He called, got my location and came to us immediately to put on the spare. He then loaded up the blow out tire in his vehicle to take it to be replaced the next day (which he did very early so we didn’t loose any time) The next morning he came to our hotel and put the new tire on (while we ate breakfast in the hotel) and put the spare back in place. My words do not do justice to how incredibly helpful Shane has been throughout this entire process. I was gun shy to use Turo but after working with Shane, I will definitely try Turo again. Shane has set the bar high for my next host!!! Highly recommend renting from Shane!!! 5 stars is not enough 10 / 10!!
