Exactly what we needed

Very nice Expedition. It looks good on the inside and outside. Taking 1 star away bc the key fob does not work, so you must manually unlock doors and also the lock buttons on the inside do not work. You can unlock from unlock buttons but you cannot lock with the lock buttons on the inside car doors. Hence you manually have to lock all 4 doors and then there is no way to lock the back hatch door which really sucks when. You have valuables in back and you have no way to lock via button or manually via a key. Taking two more stars away because owner told me to return car to the airport parking garage and then after my rental was over he expected me to pay for the parking ticket of $35 to get car out of airport parking lot. He did not disclose this on the listing and then tried to argue that I should just pay it because he did not charge a delivery fee. The issue is I intentionally tried to avoid Turo owners that do not stick to Turo policies and be very explicit on all the extra fees they want to charge. If the owner wants to charge delivery fee or a return parking fee, I am fine with both just follow Turo policy and list both of the fees. If the owner would have done that I would not rented the car from him and there would be no issues. Stick to Turo policies and everything is transparent and easy.

Great vehicle for our needs, we used it to transport six of us plus luggage from DIA up into the mountains, and it was very comfortable and smooth and spacious (and 4WD is a huge plus). It is an older vehicle and so does show its age a little, but do not be put off, it is a solid reliable ride amd served us very well to, from, and in the mountains! Adnan is a very good and responsive host too!
