Adnan was fantastic to communicate with. He was responsive and helpful. Location at the airport was awesome. Extremely close to terminal exit. He was very open to discussions about some small issues with the vehicle. The only reason he is getting 4 stars is for some small vehicle issues. The tires are awesome aggressive duratracs and I can see their benefit for Colorado, but the front were worn so badly that they we not safe. If we had a downpour, I would have likely had some hydroplaning issues. I have had duratracs on vehicles of my own and when they get that low, they "cup" and are extremely noisy. This is tolerable but slightly annoying. There was also a blend door issue behind the dash. I have fixed some fords (2004 explorer) with this issue before, and thankfully it did not fail on us, but if it does the HVAC gets stuck on feet, defrost, or going straight at the passengers. In fairness, the vehicle performed flawlessly and got us from point A to point B. It was 90 plus degrees outside and the air conditioning worked great. Overall good experience and Adnan said he was going to address the issues.
