Car quality was really really bad. Car started smoking less than 2 hours after pickup. Left us stranded for hours after smoke started emitting from the hood! Stuck in a parking lot in the hot sun for hours with kids awaiting a tow truck. We had to take a Lyft to pick up another car. This nightmare of a day caused us to miss the first night of our vacation.

Our vehicle was purchased new from Nissan only 2.5 months ago. All maintenance was completed on time by an authorized Nissan dealer, and there were no issues before your trip. As soon as you notified us, we immediately contacted Turo Roadside Assistance. Nissan later diagnosed a failed alternator, which was replaced under warranty. The vehicle has been operating normally ever since. While we cannot determine what caused the failure, the issue has been fully resolved.
