The host was very helpful and responsive when I couldn't find where the car was. The car is older but aligns with what you pay for. It was clean and I had no problems!

The car wasn’t in the best shape…. Broken parts in the car and no middle seatbelt buckle(safety concern for ppl booking for more than 4 ppl).

Thank you for your feedback. We take the safety and condition of our vehicles seriously and will inspect the middle seatbelt buckle you mentioned. We were disappointed by the cleanliness concerns, as the vehicle was returned with new stains and liquid residue that were not present before the trip. We document our vehicles before and after each rental and remain committed to providing clean, safe, and well-maintained vehicles.

The pickup instructions were sent through Turo messaging, and the lockbox code was also included in the trip details within the app. I’m glad Turo Customer Support was able to assist you in locating it so you could access the vehicle. I appreciate you returning the car in good condition, and I’ll continue doing my best to make the pickup process as clear and convenient as possible for future guests.
Car was clean and very convenient wasn’t easy to find. Perfect if you’re catching a flight you’ll have a shuttle ride back to the airport
