The car was nice, clean, and worked perfect for our needs. However, getting to the vehicle is confusing even when “reading the instructions carefully”. The instructions don’t specify that the vehicle is parked in “off airport parking” and don’t tell you what signs you need to follow in order to get there. We also had issues upon arrival to the vehicle, as the code we were given for the lockbox was incorrect and we had to wait for the hosts to figure out that they gave us the wrong code twice.
