Great car incredible host. Car was super clean easy to drive. Owner was very responsive and courteous. Would definitely recommend car and owner.

Tedious processes. So far from the airport, car location was incorrect. Had to pay $20 for parking to get the vehicle and that wasn’t obvious upfront. Host sorta stalked me to get the car even before my time was up. Found me in the parking lot before I had even taken my stuff out, then stood there and watched me. Car was great, but probably wouldn’t rent this way again.

Hi Courtney, your review contains inaccurate claims. The vehicle was delivered at 8:22 for your 8:30 reservation. Parking instructions and associated fees were communicated in advance, and the vehicle was parked in a Turo-authorized garage on airport property, as documented by time-stamped photos. All communication occurred via Turo App and you provided an ETA before the trip end. Meeting a guest is not unusual and characterizing as such is unfounded. I stand by the facts and professionalism.
